The 2019 roundup.

| |

2019 has been an absolutely incredible year, I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it’s been. By giving you a little roundup, you might see why…

Our baby turned 1.

Our little baby had been earth side for a while 12 months, we celebrated with all our family and had a lovely time showering our little boy with all the love in the world.

Getting married.

On the 20th of April 2019, we became husband and wife! It was an incredible day (it was the hottest day of the year I believe) and it’s a day that we will never forget, it really was the most beautiful day filled with love and happiness. I can’t gush about our wedding and my amazing husband more!

Our honeymoon.

For our honeymoon, we spent a few days in Paris. We’d been separately and had always wanted to go together, so that’s what we did! We explored, ate food and drunk lots of wine and even made a trip to Disneyland. We can’t wait to take Grayson to France when he’s older!

Our first family holiday.

In June we decided to spend a week at Centre Parcs, just to enjoy spending time together just the 3 of us. This also worked out quite well, as I started my first job after maternity leave the following week! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still had a perfect holiday.

Latitude.

It’s now become a tradition that we’ll go to Latitude every year. Whether it’s for the whole weekend or just a day, it’s a very special place to us as it’s where we got engaged and we’ve taken Grayson twice now so it’s only fair we keep going!

Multiple trips and days out

These were just the big events, this doesn’t include: work parties, days out with family, going to gigs, national trust visits and just generally lovely days and lovely memories. So as you can probably see, 2019 was definitely year of The Stevenson’s. Here’s to 2020, see you all on the flip side!
